Coconut vase Sawankhalok, 16th C

Sawankhalok-XS

These small “coconut” vases come from a shipwreck near Borneo which transported the ceramics produced in the Sawankhalok ovens, in Thailand. The shells and corals that decorate them testify to their long stay in the sea.

You can find some similar pieces in the biggest museums of the world like the British museum.

A slight difference in color and size is possible.
